Torque Specifications
13. Torque in 3 steps:
- First step, 37-43 Nm (27-32 Lb-Ft)
- Second step, rotate 85-95°
- Third step, rotate 85-95°
14. Tighten fasteners in sequence as shown:
A. Fasteners 1 through 20 to 8-12 Nm (71-106 Lb-In)
B. Fasteners 1 through 10, in sequence to 22-28 Nm (16-21 Lb-Ft)
C. Fasteners 11 through 20, in sequence to 37-43 Nm (27-32 Lb-Ft)
D. Fasteners 21 through 30, in sequence to 9-11 Nm (80-97 Lb-In)
E. Fasteners 21 through 30, in sequence to 19-23 Nm (14-17 Lb-Ft)
F. Fasteners 31 through 40, in sequence to 10 Nm (7 Lb-Ft)
G. Fasteners 31 through 40, in sequence retighten to 19-23 Nm (14-17 Lb-Ft)
15. Tighten 1-20 in numerical sequence as follows:
- 5, 7, 9 and 11 to 12-15 Nm (9-11 Lb-Ft) all others 18-22 Nm (13-16 Lb-Ft)
16. 3/4 turn after gasket contacts sealing surface.
17. Torque in 2 steps:
- First step, 25-35 Nm (18-25 Lb-Ft)
- Second step, rotate 85-95°
18. Rotate in numerical sequence 85-95°.
19. Tighten in numerical sequence in two steps:
- First step, 17-23 Nm (13-17 Lb-Ft)
- Second step, 41-54 Nm (30-40 Lb-Ft)
20. Tighten in four steps:
- First step, 120 Nm (89 Lb-Ft)
- Second step, Loosen one full turn (360°)
- Third step, 47-53 Nm (35-39 Lb-Ft)
- Fourth step, rotate 85-95°
