Parts will not be direct shipped for this recall. Since there are only 911 vehicles involved, dealers must call the Special Service Support Center at 1-800-325-5621 to order a new driver's air bag module. To ensure the correct air bag module will be shipped to you, when calling, be prepared to provide the affected VIN, inflator serial number, located on the back of the driver's air bag module inflator, and the air bag module part number, located on the back of the air bag module. This process will remain in effect for the duration of this recall.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN

Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
