Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures

CAUTION: Do not make jumper connections except as directed. Improper connections may damage the Voltage Regulator (VR) or fuse.

NOTE:
^ All voltage measurements are referenced to the Negative (-) battery post unless otherwise specified.
^ All ignition switch ON measurements are made with engine OFF unless directed to START ENGINE.
^ When the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, volatile memory functions will be lost, affecting vehicle performance.







Use Rotunda 73 Digital Multimeter 105-R0051 or equivalent to perform pinpoint tests.
