Lower

REMOVAL
1. Turn air suspension service switch OFF.
2. Raise vehicle on hoist.
3. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
4. Remove shock absorber actuator wiring.
5. Remove air rear spring.

CAUTION: Use extreme care not to damage boot seal. Do not use power tools to remove the nut or bearing and seal damage will result.

6. Loosen the nut first. Then remove nut from stud using the hex hold feature. Remove stabilizer bar link-to-rear lower suspension arm nut. Separate rear stabilizer bar link and bushing from rear lower suspension arm.
7. Remove rear lower suspension arm-to-rear wheel spindle nut, washer, and bolt.
8. Remove rear lower suspension arm-to-body nut and bolt and rear lower suspension arm.
9. Remove rear suspension arm adjusting cam kit from rear lower suspension arm if damaged.

INSTALLATION
1. Install rear suspension arm adjusting cam kit if removed.
2. Position rear lower suspension arm in vehicle. Install rear lower suspension-to-body bolt and nut. Hand-tighten nut.
3. Position shock absorber actuator wiring.
4. Install rear lower suspension arm-to-rear wheel spindle bolt, washer and nut. Tighten to 68-92 Nm (50-68 ft. lbs.). Tighten rear lower suspension arm-to-body nut to 68-92 Nm (50-68 ft. lbs.).
5. Install air rear spring.

CAUTION: Use extreme care not to damage boot seal. Do not use power tools to install nut or bearing and seal damage will result.

6. Install nut using the hex hold feature to prevent the stud from rotating. Install rear stabilizer bar link and bushing and nut. Tighten nut to 34-46 Nm (25-34 ft. lbs.).
7. Install wheel and tire assembly. Tighten lug nuts to 115-142 Nm (85-104 ft. lbs.).
8. Lower vehicle.
9. Turn air suspension service switch ON.
10. Check and set camber and toe if necessary.
