Sliding Roof Panel

REMOVAL
1. Remove the roof headlining.







2. Disconnect the drain tubes attached to each corner.







3. Remove the rear mounting bolts.







4. Disconnect the body wire harness connector.







5. Remove the remaining bolts.

NOTE: Support roof panel assembly to prevent the unit from dropping.

6. Remove the roof panel.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the roof panel assembly.







2. Install and tighten the mounting bolt.







3. Position rear mounting brackets and install and tighten the remaining mounting bolts.

NOTE: The rear mounting brackets are shipped loosely assembled.







4. Tighten rear mounting bracket nuts.







5. Connect the body wire harness connector.







6. Connect tile drain tube to each comer.
7. Install the roof headlining.
