Door Striker

NOTE: This procedure applies to front and rear.

REMOVAL





1. Remove door latch striker plate (19) and washer using correct size bit from Torx(R) Drive Bit Set D79P-2100-T or equivalent.

INSTALLATION
1. Install door latch striker plate and washer.






2. Adjust door latch striker plate.
a. Before adjusting door latch striker plate, open and close door to double-check door latch striker plate alignment.
b. Loosen door latch striker plate with correct bit from Torx(R) Drive Bit Set D79P-2100-T or equivalent. Move door latch striker plate up-or-down or from side-to-side as necessary. Tighten door latch striker plate retaining screws to 33-45 Nm (24-33 Lb-Ft).
