Security Mode Operation

NOTE: The electronic door lock control system including personal security alarm, will not function when the vehicle is in gear.

^ The driver door module also controls the panic mode functions.

To activate the personal security alarm, press the PANIC button on the keyless entry remote transmitter. The horn will sound and park lamps will flash for a maximum of 2 minutes 47 seconds.

To deactivate the personal security alarm, press the PANIC button again or turn the ignition switch to RUN.
