Radiator: Description and Operation

NOTE: Whenever leaks or damage are found the entire radiator (8005) must be replaced.

The aluminum core, crossflow radiator consists of a brazed aluminum fin and tube-type design arranged for crossflow of the engine coolant. It has nylon radiator tanks on each end of the core allow uniform distribution of engine coolant to the radiator tubes. Radiator tanks are a molded one-piece design with mounting brackets as a part of each radiator tank.
