Transmission Line Leak Repair

TRANSMISSION FLUID COOLER CONNECTION LEAKS
1. Check that the fitting nut is fully tightened.
2. If the leak persists, apply a thin, even coat of Dow Corning 1200 primer or equivalent using a brush.
3. Allow to dry for 10 minutes at room temperature.
4. Apply Dow Corning Silastic 734 RTV or equivalent in undiluted form around the leaking connection.
5. Allow it to dry for one hour.
