Windshield Defroster Door

REMOVAL
1. Remove the heater air plenum chamber from vehicle.
2. Through the floor air distribution opening, pull the windshield defroster door from the crank arm and remove the windshield defroster door from the heater air plenum chamber.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the windshield defroster door in the heater air plenum chamber and to the crank arm.
2. Through the floor air distribution opening, install one screw to retain the windshield defroster door to the crank arm.
3. Check the windshield defroster door for freedom of movement. Correct any existing sticking, binding or grabbing condition.
4. Install the heater air plenum chamber in the vehicle.
5. Check the system for proper operation.
