A/C Liquid Hose/Line

NOTE: Whenever a refrigerant line is replaced, it will be necessary to replace the suction accumulator/drier.

REMOVAL
1. Discharge the refrigerant from the A/C system and observing all safety precautions.
2. Disconnect and remove the condenser to evaporator tube using Spring Lock Coupling Disconnect Tools T81P-19623-62 and T83P-19623-C.

INSTALLATION
1. With the protective caps installed, route the new refrigerant line.
2. Remove protective caps then connect the condenser to evaporator tube into the system using new O-ring seals lubricated with clean Motorcraft YN-12b refrigerant oil meeting Ford specification WSH-M10231-B
3. Leak-test, evacuate and charge the refrigerant system and safety precautions.Discharging and Recovery
4. Check the A/C system for proper operation.
