Tightening Specifications
Tighten nuts evenly, in two steps.
Step 1 ... Alternately tighten new bolts in several passes to obtain 20-25 Nm (15-18 ft. lbs.)
Step 2 ... Alternately tighten new bolts in several passes to obtain 40-45 Nm (30-33 ft. lbs.)
Step 3 ... Rotate an additional 90-120°.

[2] Pin bore and crank bearing bore must be parallel and in same vertical plane within the specified total difference when measured at the ends of a 203 mm (7.99211 inch) bar, 101.5 mm (3.9961 inch) on each side of rod centerline.
