Sliding Roof Panel

REMOVAL
1. Remove the roof headlining.







2. Disconnect the drain tubes attached to each corner.







3. Remove the bolts.







4. Disconnect the body wire harness connector.







5. Remove the bolts.

NOTE: Support the roof panel to prevent the unit from dropping.

6. Remove the roof panel.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the roof panel.







2. Install and tighten the bolts.







3. Position the rear mounting brackets and install and tighten the bolts.

NOTE: The rear mounting brackets are shipped loosely assembled.







4. Tighten the bolts.







5. Connect the body wire harness connector.







6. Connect the drain tubes to each corner.
7. Install the roof headlining.
