GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
Head Gasket Face Flatness,
Head Gasket Surface Finish: 0.10 mm (0.004 inch) MAX overall
Combustion Chamber Volume (cc): 52.6 ± 1.5 cc

TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Install the LH cylinder head and the RH cylinder head. Loosely install new bolts. Make sure to tighten the bolts in six steps.

RH Cylinder Head





- Tighten the RH bolts in the sequence shown to 37-43 Nm (28-31 ft.lb).





- Tighten the RH bolts again in the sequence shown an additional 85-95°.
- Loosen the RH bolts a minimum of one full turn.





- Tighten the RH bolts in the sequence shown to 37-43 Nm (28-31 ft.lb).





- Tighten the RH bolts again in the sequence shown an additional 85-95°.





- Tighten the RH bolts in the sequence shown an additional 85-95°.


LH Cylinder Head

NOTE: Make sure to tighten the bolts in six steps.





- Tighten the LH bolts in the sequence shown 37-43 Nm (28-31 ft.lb).





- Tighten the LH bolts in the sequence shown an additional 85-95°.
- Loosen the LH bolts a minimum of one full turn.





- Tighten the LH bolts in the sequence shown 37-43 Nm (28-31 ft.lb).





- Tighten the LH bolts in the sequence shown an additional 85-95°.





- Tighten the LH bolts again in the sequence shown an additional 85-95°.
