Air Cleaner Housing: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.







2. Disconnect the mass air flow sensor engine control sensor extension wiring.







3. Remove the bolts and nuts from the engine Air Cleaner (ACL).
4. Clean the engine air cleaner with compressed air.
5. Inspect the engine air cleaner for distortion or damage at the gasket mating surfaces. Replace as required.







INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
