Component Tests and General Diagnostics

1. To perform leak test, attach shop air supply to the air compressor drier end or air line to suspect air spring.

NOTE: A spray bottle with a soapy water solution is helpful in locating a small leak.

2. Enter function test to vent suspect air spring solenoid.
- Test 213-LH Front.
- Test 215-RH Front.
- Test 217-LH Rear.
- Test 219-RH Rear.

3. Pump air spring to full up travel.
4. Listen and look for leaks.
5. If a leak is detected within the air compressor, replace the air compressor. If a leak is detected in a line, carefully cut the line with a sharp knife to ensure a good, clean, straight cut and install a replacement fitting from the air spring connector repair kit. If more line is required, it can be obtained in bulk.
