Front Door: Service and Repair

DOOR

Removal
1. Remove the door trim panel.
2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

3. NOTE: Do not scribe the hinge location.

Mark the hinge location on the door and also on the vehicle.







4. NOTE: Two people are required to support the door during its removal.

Remove the door.

1 Disconnect the grommet.
2 Remove the bolts.

Installation







1. Install the door.
- Position the door on the hinges and hand-tighten the bolts.
- Connect the grommet.







2. Align the door and tighten the bolts.
3. Connect the electrical connectors.
4. Install the door trim panel.
