Suspension Control Module: Service and Repair
Removal1. Turn air suspension switch off.
2. Remove the battery ground cable.
3. Lower the upper luggage compartment trim panel with module tray.
4. Disconnect the 60 Pin harness connector from the Vehicle Dynamic Module (VDM).
5. Remove the VDM from the tray.
Installation
1. CAUTION: Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.
Note: Ride height adjustments must be performed after a new vehicle dynamic module is installed.
Note: When the battery is disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the vehicle relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16 km (10 mi) or more to relearn the strategy.
To install. reverse the removal procedure.
