EGR Valve: Service and Repair

EGR VALVE

REMOVAL







1. Remove the appearance cover.







2. Remove the vacuum lines.







3. Remove the cables from the EGR heat shield.







4. Remove the bolts and the EGR heat shield.







5. Remove EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.







6. Remove the bolts and the ERG valve.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
