Coolant Outlet Pipe

Removal
1. Drain the engine cooling system.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.





3. Remove the upper radiator hose.





4. Disconnect the hoses.





5. NOTE: Lower radiator hose not shown for illustration purposes.

Remove the four bolts.





6. Remove the coolant outlet pipe.





7. NOTE: Lower radiator hose not shown for illustration purposes.

Remove the O-ring seals, inspect and clean the sealing surfaces.

Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
