PINPOINT TEST M: THE AUTOLOCK DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY

Normal Operation
The autolocking function will cause the vehicle to initially automatically lock all doors when all of the following conditions are concurrently met during the current key cycle:
- all doors are closed
- autolocking function is active
- key in ON position
- transmission in DRIVE or REVERSE
- vehicle speed exceeds 5 kph (3.10 mph)

After the initial activation of autolocking and at least one door has been opened, autolocking will be activated again if the following conditions are concurrently met:
- all doors are closed
- autolocking function is active
- key in ON position
- transmission in DRIVE or REVERSE
- vehicle speed exceeds 5 kph (3.10 mph)

Possible Causes
- Door ajar switches
- DDM
- Vehicle speed sensor (VSS) message from ABS module
- Digital transmission range sensor message from the powertrain control module (PCM)
