Pinpoint Test I: DTC B2328: Steering Column Reach (Telescopic) Feedback Potentiometer Circuit Failure

Normal Operation
The steering column telescopic motor receives information from the potentiometer when a memory position is requested. The potentiometer sends the telescopic motor position information to the instrument cluster module (ICM) where it is stored and is used when several adjustable features are requested. The potentiometer sends the steering column telescopic position to the ICM through circuit 8-AL16 (WH/BK).

Possible Causes
^ Circuit 8-AL16 (WH/BK)
^ Telescopic motor potentiometer
^ Steering column mechanical component.
