Pinpoint Test A: No Communication With The FEM Module/Unable To Enter Self-Test

Normal Operation
The FEM module operates at a voltage between 10 and 17 volts. Voltage is supplied by circuit 29S-DK21 (OG/WH) (B+ at all times). RBJB relay 32 coil ground is provided through circuit 31S-DK21 (BK/WH).

Possible Causes
^ RBJB relay 32 coil ground circuit 31S-DK21 (BK/WH)
^ RBJB relay 32
^ Relay 32 power-out circuit 30-DD2 (RD/BU)
^ BIB fuse 30 (1OA)
^ Power supply circuit 29S-DK21 (OG/WH)
^ FEM

Test A1 - A3:

CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multimeter probes.
