PINPOINT TEST I: A SINGLE POWER WINDOW IS INOPERATIVE - RH FRONT

Test I1-I2:

Test I3-I4:

Test I4-I5:

Normal Operation
The RH front window smart motor receives power from the battery junction box (BJB) on circuit 30-AJ71 (RD/YE) and ground from circuit 31-AJ71 (BK/YE). A delayed accessory input is sent from the driver door module (DDM) to the RH front smart motor on circuit 10-AJ43A (GY/VT) so the RH front smart window motor microprocessor can determine whether or not to allow window motor operation. The RH front window control switch sends a command over circuits 7S-AJ47A (YE/BK), 8-AJ56A (WH/GN) or 7S-AJ48A (YE/VT) to the RH front smart window motor to initiate operation.

Possible Causes
- circuit 30-AJ71 (RD/YE) open
- circuits 7S-AJ47A (YE/BK), 8-AJ56A (WH/GN) or 7S-AJ48A (YE/VT) open or shorted to ground
- circuit 31-AJ71 (BK/YE) open
- battery junction box (BJB)
- LH front window control switch
- RH front window control switch
- LH front window motor
- DDM
