Removal and Installation
1. Drain the coolant.





2. Loosen the bolts.
3. Remove the belt.





4. Remove the bolts and the water pump pulley.





5. Remove the water pump.





6. Clean the water pump mounting surface.





7. CAUTION: Do not rotate the water pump housing once installed in the engine. Damage to the O-ring seal can occur, causing the water pump to leak.

NOTE: Install a new O-ring seal and lubricate with the correct engine coolant.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
