Pinpoint Test B: DTC B1483 Brake Pedal
Input Circuit Failure
Normal Operation
The operating voltage required to supply the Pedal Travel Switch (PTS) switch is 5 volts through circuit 7-CF65 (YE/VT).
The PTS signal is sent through circuit 8-CF65 (WH/VT) to the ABS module.
Ground is provided through circuit 9-CF65 (BN/WH).

Possible Causes
^ power circuit 7-CF65 (YE/VT) open
^ ground circuit 9-CF65 (BN/WH) short to voltage
^ signal circuit 8-CF65 (WH/VT) open or short to voltage

CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multimeter probes.
