Normal Operation
The diagnostic tool communicates with the restraints control module (RCM) monitors through the data link connector (DLC) C251 pin 7, 4-EE10 (GY/BK).

Possible Causes
A no communication fault with the RCM can be caused by:
- damaged wiring, terminals, or connectors.
- a faulty data link connector (DLC).
- a faulted RCM.
