Roof Opening Panel

ROOF OPENING PANEL

Removal
1. Remove the headliner.







2. Disconnect the drain tubes.







3. Disconnect the electrical connector.







4. Remove the roof opening panel rail bolts.







5. CAUTION: Support the roof opening panel to prevent the unit from dropping.

Remove the roof opening panel rail bolts.

6. Remove the roof opening panel.

Installation







1. Transfer the following components to the new roof opening panel:
- Duo Lock� attachments
- roof opening panel glass
- roof opening panel shield
- roof opening panel motor
- roof opening panel module
- roof opening panel covers
- trough assembly







2. Install and support the roof opening panel.
- Make sure the line-up pins are correctly seated on each side.







3. Install the roof opening panel rail bolts in the sequence shown.







4. NOTE: The rear mounting brackets are shipped loosely assembled.

Position the rear mounting brackets and tighten the bolts.







5. Connect the electrical connector.







6. Connect the drain tubes.
7. Install the headliner.
8. Adjust the roof opening panel glass height.
