Steps 28-52

28. Connect the Power Steering Pressure (PSP) switch electrical connector.





29. Connect the power steering electrical connector.





30. Connect the electrical connector.
31. Install the cooling fan.





32. NOTE: Do not reuse hose clamps. Use appropriately sized worm-style clamps in place of the constant tension clamps.

Connect the lower radiator hose.





33. Connect the upper radiator hose to the thermostat housing.





34. Connect the engine bulkhead connectors.





35. Position the ground strap and install the bolt.





36. NOTE: Do not reuse hose clamps. Use appropriately sized worm-style clamps in place of the constant tension clamps.

Connect the heater hoses.





37. Connect the A/C low charge protection switch electrical connector.





38. Connect the A/C electrical connector.





39. Install the ground strap.
40. Connect the fuel tube spring lock coupling.





41. Connect the two hoses and the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge valve electrical connector.





42. Connect the vacuum hose.
43. Install the air cleaner and outlet pipe.
44. Install the accessory drive belt.





45. Install the LH cowl extension and connect the electrical connector.





46. Install the RH cowl extension.
1 Install the extension.
2 Install the pin-type retainers.
3 Install the nuts and bolts.





47. Install the support bracket.
48. Install the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft.
49. Fill the crankcase with clean engine oil.
50. Connect both battery cables.
51. Fill and bleed the cooling system.
52. Install the hood.
