Air Cleaner Housing: Service and Repair

AIR CLEANER

Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector.







3. Disconnect the air cleaner outlet tube from the air cleaner.
- To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).







4. Remove the three nuts and the engine air cleaner assembly.
- To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
