Test A: No Communication With The Instrument Cluster
PINPOINT TEST A: NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTERA1-A2:
A2 Continued:
Normal Operation
The instrument cluster communicates interactively with other electronic modules using the communication network. With the ignition switch in the START or RUN position, the instrument cluster receives voltage from the central junction box (CJB) through circuits 15-GG14 (GN/RD) and 15-JA14 (GN/BK). When the ignition switch is in the RUN or ACC position, voltage is received from the CJB through circuit 75-GG15 (YE/GN). With the ignition switch in the OFF position, the instrument cluster receives its keep-alive voltage from the CJB through circuits 29-GG11 (OG/BU), and 29-AL12 (OG). The instrument cluster grounding is accomplished through circuit 91-GG11 (BN/RD), and circuit 31-AL11 (BK).
