Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Support the transmission with a transmission jack.
3. Remove the rear transmission crossmember-to-floor pan screws.
^ To install, tighten to 63 Nm (46 ft. lbs.).
4. Remove the transmission insulator-to-extension housing center screws.
^ To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.).
5. Remove the rear transmission crossmember.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
