Normal Operation
The navigation system microphone is integrated into the rear view mirror. The microphone supplies a voice signal to the navigation module through circuits 1196 (DG/WH) and 1197 (LG/BK). The rear view mirror receives voltage through circuit 964 (DB/LG). Circuit 676 (PK/OG) provides the mirror ground.

Possible Causes
- fuse
- circuit 676 (PK/OG) open
- circuit 964 (DB/LG) open
- circuit 1196 (DG/WH) open, short to ground, or short to voltage
- circuit 1197 (LG/BK) open, short to ground, or short to voltage
- interior rear view mirror
- navigation module
