Normal Operation
The subwoofer amplifier receives voltage through circuit 720 (RD/YE) and ground through circuit 694 (BK/LG). Audio signals are sent to the subwoofer amplifier from the audio unit through circuits 167 (BN/OG) and 168 (RD/BK). When the key is placed in START, the audio unit sends a voltage signal to the subwoofer amplifier through circuit 173 (DG/VT). This signal mutes the subwoofer amplifier to prevent popping during key cycling.

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Circuit 167 (BN/OG) open, short to ground or voltage
- Circuit 168 (RD/BK) open, short to ground or voltage
- Circuit 694 (BK/LG) open
- Circuit 720 (RD/YE) open
- Circuit 173 (DG/VT) short to voltage
- Subwoofer amplifier
