Removal and Installation
1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the 2 bolts and position aside the coolant outlet adapter and hose.
^ To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
3. Remove the 0-ring seal and the coolant thermostat from the intake manifold.
^ Inspect the 0-ring seal, install a new seal if necessary.
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
5. Fill and bleed the cooling system.
