ROOF OPENING PANEL SHIELD

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the roof opening panel glass.
2. Release the clips and remove the trough assembly.
3. Pull the roof opening panel shield forward.

4. CAUTION: Do not flex the roof opening panel shield more than necessary to release the tabs from the roof opening panel frame. Excessive flexing may damage or crease the roof opening panel shield.

Flex the center of the roof opening panel shield at the forward edge upward.
- Disengage the 2 LH forward tabs of the roof opening shield from the roof opening panel frame track.
- Rotate the roof opening panel shield toward the RH side of the vehicle to disengage the remaining 4 tabs.

5. Remove the roof opening panel shield from the vehicle.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
