Body - Moonroof Continuously Cycles Up and Down

ZEPHYR MOON ROOF CONTINUOUS OPERATION

2006 Zephyr
ISSUE
Some 2006 Zephyr vehicles built before 6/2/2006 may exhibit a concern of the moonroof continuously cycling up and down in the "near closed" position. The "near closed" position is when the roof is closing from the vent position and travels below flush and then back up to flush in order to properly seat the moonroof seal.
ACTION
The concern can be caused when the customer closes the moonroof from the vent position using the express close feature and, when the moonroof is in the "near closed" position, the customer cancels accessory delay by having a front door open and turning the ignition key off.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
Reprogram the Smart Junction Box (SJB) to the latest calibration using IDS release B44.1 Patch 1 and higher or B45 and higher. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.
