Normal Operation
The navigation module receives the vehicle speed signal from the powertrain control module (PCM) through circuit 679 (GY/BK). The navigation system uses the vehicle speed signal and the global positioning system (GPS) antenna to establish vehicle speed and position.

DTC C1192 - sets when a fault is detected in the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) signal circuit.

Possible Causes
- Circuit 679 (GY/BK) open or short to ground
- Luggage compartment lid module
- Navigation module
- Parking aid module
- PCM
