Normal Operation
With the engine running and the heated rear window ON, the heated exterior mirrors receive voltage from the heated rear window relay through circuit 186 (BN/LB) to through the central junction box (CJB) to circuit 59 (DG/VT). The heated exterior mirrors are grounded through circuit 57 (BK).

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Circuit 57 (BK) open
- Circuit 59 (DG/VT) open or short to ground
- Circuit 186 (BN/LB) open
- Exterior mirror glass
