Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud









Removal and Installation

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.

2. Remove the Air Cleaner (ACL) assembly.

3. Disconnect the cooling fan motor electrical connector and detach the 5 wiring harness retainers from the shroud.

4. Detach the upper radiator hose from the cooling fan motor and shroud.

5. Release the tab through the access hole and remove the upper radiator hose support.





6. Remove the 2 bolts and the cooling fan motor and shroud.
- To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
