ISSUE
Some 2009-2010 MKZ, 2009 MKX and Navigator vehicles equipped CD-6 NON navigation radios may not switch the instrument cluster odometer display reading from/to kilometers or changes from kilometers to miles after an ignition key cycle.
ACTION
Reprogram the audio control module (ACM) to the latest calibration using IDS release 59.9 Patch 11 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM 2009.3 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.
