Caster Adjustment
Caster is adjusted by loosening the lower arm rearward pivot bushing nut and moving the arm inward or outward. When adjusting the LH caster, a centering washer must be removed and discarded prior to adjusting.
Toe is adjusted by loosening the spindle tie-rod jam nut and rotating the spindle tie rod.
Caster
Caster is the deviation from vertical of an imaginary line drawn through the ball joints when viewed from the side. The caster specifications will give the vehicle the best directional stability characteristics when loaded and driven. The caster setting is not related to tire wear.
