Bumper - Rear

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the rear bumper cover. For additional information, refer to Bumper Cover - Rear Removal and Replacement.

2. Remove the 3 rear air deflector bolts.
- To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).

3. If equipped, remove the parking aid module and bracket assembly.
- Remove the 5 parking aid module bracket bolts.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

- Disconnect the parking aid module electrical connector.

4. Remove the 4 nuts (2 each side) and the rear bumper.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
