Some 2011-2012 Fusion, MKZ, And 2011 Milan vehicles built 3/1/2011 through 7/31/2011 may exhibit a right rear power window slow or inoperative.

ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Replace the right rear quarter glass window guide assembly. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-11.
