Description

The pamphlet contains oil leak sealing techniques, associated parts numbers and proper warranty claim information for the following areas:

^ Rocker Arm Covers

^ Intake Manifold

^ Oil Pan

^ Rear Main Seal

Oil leaks in these areas have led to mis-diagnosis, improper repair and customer dissatisfaction.

To decrease oil leaks around the oil pan, the configuration of the oil pan sealing surface and the oil pan gasket have changed. Due to this change, the old and new style parts are not interchangeable.
