Soft, Early or Mushy 2-3 Upshift

1. Incorrectly adjusted kickdown linkage.
2. Valve body bolts incorrectly torqued.
3. Valve body dirty or sticking valves.
4. Vacuum diaphragm bent, sticking or leaking.
5. Throttle valve stuck.
