Fig. 5 Rear Windshield Wiper Motor Assembly:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove wiper arm and blade assembly.
3. Remove pivot shaft attaching nut, washer and pivot block, Fig. 5.
4. Remove liftgate inner trim panel, then the motor bracket attaching screw and rectangular plate.
5. Disconnect motor electrical connectors, then remove motor assembly.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
