Flow Chart No. 1 - Symptom - Both right and left outside mirrors do not work.

Step 1
Check for a blown fuse.
1. Remove fuse and inspect.




2. Is the fuse blown?

Step 2
Check for voltage at harness connector to switch.




1. Check for voltage across O/LG and B wires.




2. Is voltage present?

Step 3
Check across O/LG circuit to a known good ground.




1. Check for voltage between O/LG wire to a good ground.




2. Is there voltage?
