Lubricate
    Wheel Hub (Locking)
    Universal Joint, Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Lubricate (if equipped with grease fittings).
    Steering
      Lubricate steering linkage joints (if equipped with grease fittings).
    Spindle
      Lubricate and inspect spindle needle bearing, spindle thrust bearing.
    Slip Yoke
      Lubricate front axle RH axle - slip yoke (4X4).
    Shift Linkage, Transfer Case
    Shift Linkage, A/T
      Inspect fluid and lubricate cable system as required.
    Locks
      Lubricate all locks and hinges.
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Lubricate rear propeller double cardan joint centering ball (short bed 4X4), and propeller shaft slip yoke (if equipped).
    Brake Caliper
      Lubricate slide rails. If the vehicle is operated off-road in water that is deeper than the hubs (1/2 wheel height), then this operation should be performed daily.
Inspect
    Wheel Stud / Lug Nut
      Inspect wheel lug nut torque every 5,000 miles or 4 months, whichever comes first.
    Parking Brake System
    Heat Shield, Exhaust
      Inspect exhaust system shielding (for trapped material).
    Exhaust System
      Check exhaust system for leaks, damage and looseness.
    Drum Brake System
    Disc Brake System
      If the vehicle is operated off-road in water that is deeper than the hubs (1/2 wheel height), perform this operation daily.
    Cooling System
      Inspect coolant condition and protection, hoses and clamps.
    Clutch Fluid
      Inspect clutch fluid reservoir level.
    Brake Hose/Line
Replace
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Perform every 3,000 miles or 3 months, whichever comes first.
    Fuel Filter
    Fluid - M/T
    Engine Oil
      Perform every 3,000 miles or 3 months, whichever comes first.
