Fluid Replacement

1. Remove the filler plug and drain plug.
2. Wipe the plugs clean.
3. Apply sealant to the threads of the drain plug and filler plug.
4. After the fluid has drained. Install the drain plug and tighten to 19 - 30 Nm (14 - 22 ft. lbs.).





5. Add 1.2 liters (2.5 pints) of ATF Mercon M-III to the filler plug port until the level reaches the bottom of filler plug port.
6. Install the filler plug and tighten to 19 - 30 Nm (14 - 22 ft. lbs.).
